All items are sent via Parcelforce courier with next working day, 24 hr service for items that are in stock. For products that are not in stock, expect delivery within 2-7 working days of order confirmation. Any longer than this period, and we will get into contact. All orders require a signature otherwise they will be sent to your local courier depot for collection or alternative delivery arrangements will have to be organised.
We provide FREE standard delivery on orders exceeding £100.00* to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Orders under £100.00* are subject to a delivery charge of £7.50*. UK mainland delivery ONLY. We DO NOT offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Islands of Scotland and any countries outside of mainland UK. For Highlands there may be a surcharge.

As a consumer, you may cancel your order with us within 30 working days from the day of receiving the goods. Please notify us either using fax, a written letter or via email detailing your reason for cancellation. The full price and delivery charge will be refunded.
Should you find that your product is faulty, damaged, or has been sent to you in error we will of course cover the cost of return. If none of these factors are your reason for return, then we do require the consumer to pay for return delivery.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, including relevant manuals and accessories. If this is no longer possible, you must cover the costs of additional packaging and any appropriate methods of return in order to ensure the goods are kept from damage during transit.
We ask that each product is returned in acceptable condition, matching the state in which it was initially delivered. If this is not the case, then we may have to make a claim against you due to the breach of your duty to take reasonable care of the goods. As they are in your possession during the time in between delivery and refund, the responsibility of care passes to you as the temporary owner.
Should you return a petrol powered product, you MUST drain all petrol and oil from the engine before giving the goods to the courier. This is in the interest of the courier’s safety.
All refunds for the goods in question will be provided within the 30 day period after notifying us of your cancellation. This includes the cost of the product and any order/dispatch charges incurred in the delivery process.
