We take payment once the order has been accepted.
We use Sage Pay for all our online payments to provide high level security.There are no additional charges. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal or BACS transfer can also be used.
All goods are dispatched from our Uttoxeter warehouse in Staffordshire. The only exception is when we use the manufacturer’s distribution centres if they’re nearby to your address. This is in order to get a speedier delivery time.
We use Parcelforce couriers, nationally recognised for their reliable service.
We deliver to the UK mainland ONLY with FREE standard delivery for orders over £100.00. Orders under £100.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £7.50. For Highlands there may be a surcharge.

Our delivery is available Mon-Fri. We do not offer weekend delivery.
For items that are in stock, expect next working day, 24hr delivery.
For items that are not in stock, expect delivery within 2-7 working days of order confirmation. Any longer than this and our team will contact with you.
All orders require a signature otherwise they cannot be left.
Don’t worry. Our courier will post a card with their details and your delivery number on it. Using this, you can either re-arrange delivery or pick up your goods from your nearest courier depot. Make sure you take the card with you if you chose to pick up your order.
According to your statutory consumer rights, if you find that your product is defective or damaged and has unsatisfactory quality or functionality, then you are entitled to a repair, exchange or full refund. We will cover the cost of return delivery. Please notify us via email, fax or letter of your return with details of the product’s condition.

Yes, provided you send us a fax, a written letter or an email notifying us of your cancellation within 30 days of receiving the goods. If possible, please provide the reason for your cancellation. This helps us to improve our business.
All refunds will cover the full price of the product and delivery charges. We ask that you pay for the return delivery, taking reasonable measures to ensure that the product is in good condition.
